I can'’t login: Check that you are using the right username or password. Check that caps lock isn’t enabled.
If you still can't log in, check the information for first time visitors which includes a link to an instruction sheet that you can print out.
If the problem isn’t solved contact the CABWEB administrator.
I don'’t get posts by email: 1. Check in the user’s profile if the e-mail address is enabled.
2. Check if you have set digest option in user profile.
3. Check your spam mailbox.
4. Check if you are subscribed to the forum (see top RHS of forum page).

If the problem isn’t solved contact the CABWEB administrator.
I want to change my password: Go to your user profile and there you can change your password

I want to delete my account: Contact the CABWEB administrator giving your name and the email address assoicated with your account, and your account will be deleted.
If only one topic is showing...:
you can collapse all the topics in a course by clicking on the two white squares.

No registration email: What shall I do if I do not receive my registration email?
1. Check if your spam mailbox is blocking it.
2. Check if you have write the right email address.

Smiley Face:

Why do my messages have a yellow smiley face next to them?

You can upload an image in the user’s profile to change the smiley. A photo or any distinctive image will help you achieve an identity on CABWEB.  The yellow smiley face is the standard activated on all profiles, until replaced by the user.

The computer ate my text!:
Ever accidentally closed your browser window when you were typing a huge forum post?
Found out that all of your hard thinking had gone just because you did not save changes?
Frequently hit Control-A , then Control-C when filling a large inputbox. When you accidentally lose your text, you can still paste it back in using Shift-Insert
